Girls' Night Out

The Beaufort Memorial Hospital will play host to the October Girls' Night Out for the fifth year this Thursday, October 16 from 5:30 till 7:30 pm.  This event is being presented by the Beaufort Memorial LIVE WELL WOMEN'S PROGRAM where you can celebrate with your girlfriends and learn about health.

This event will provide information about risks, early detection tools and what to look for during breast self exams.  OB-GYN health will provide you with information on pre-conception to menopause management and how to manage your own activity goals, learn about balanced eating and how to improve your overall wellness.

Hors d'oeuvres, beverages and prizes will be available and admission is FREE.  Registration is required by calling 843-522-5952 and the location for this event is Beaufort Memorial Medical & Administrative Center at 990 Ribaut Road.
