Habersham - In The Tradition of Beautiful Coastal Towns

Between Charleston, SC and Savannah, Georgia there is a town where simple pleasures become priceless family memories - HABERSHAM.  This beautiful area is bathed by the tides and aglow in Lowcountry sunsets and has a sense of true Southern elegance. Located just eight minutes from downtown Beaufort, you will find a broad assortment of building types and price points from cottages and carriage homes to grand riverfront residences.  Townhomes, Village Flats and unique Live/Work Lofts are also part of this well designed area.  The National Association of Home Builders has awarded the town of HABERSHAM its "Best In American Living" platinum award for the best neighborhood design.

Picture in your mind - gracious porches, high ceilings, rocking chairs - now add walking, bicycling, fishing, tennis, kayaking - you are now home in HABERSHAM. Inside the town are waterfront parks, boat launching and three sea islands that make up an activity center including a waterfront pool, river retreat pavilion and a deep water dock for fishing.

You will discover a thriving downtown area in the heart of HABERSHAM with shops, cafes and offices.  Fine restaurants such as the Spaghetti Club and Maggie's Pub will satisfy your palate with mouthwatering meals.  Dine inside or enjoy the outdoor dining areas with umbrellas for shade or low lights for ambiance. More information on these restaurant venues in upcoming blogs.

The town and Marketplace host a variety of seasonal events throughout the year.  Celebrations with events like First Fridays with live music, great food and good times, the Habersham Harvest Festival, Bottles and Barrels and the Oyster Roast bring thousands of old and new faces to this area.   All events are open to the public and children always have a place to play.  Come on out and take a look around - you too may want to make a new home address in HABERSHAM.
